Welcome

to Stockholm 8 - 14 February. This is the week of the year that means Design with a capital D. We take pleasure and pride in the ever expanding range of events and exhibits in the city – a week-long design spectacular centred around the Stockholm Furniture Fair and Northern Light Fair.

We see the fair as a hub that generates business, complemented by an extensive citywide program of commercial, cultural and alternative events. All over the city showrooms, museums, galleries and furniture stores compete for public attention with special exhibits and events.

Parupu The Paper Pulp Chair

A window exhibition dedicated to Parupu, a children’s chair made from a new, oil-free, 100% compostable plastic material: DuraPulp. Shown previously in Milan as a prototype, it is now ready for production. Exhibition partners are Innventia and Södra. A book is available to accompany the exhibition.
