Uptown Classics: Prawn cocktail
From the 1960s to the late 1980s this was the most popular appetizer in Great Britain, as well as in the United States. 2019, this retro Uptown Classic has made a comeback on the menus at white tablecloths restaurants and gallery openings in Uptown NYC and London.
Scandinavian Design: Smørrebrød
Potatoes (vegan) or roast beef. “Smørrebrød” – the first thing our general manager said when we talked about Scandinavian classics. We agree. Simple flavours on rye bread.
La Belle Époque: Scallop and foie gras*
Well… it sounds like good times in Paris to us! We accompany this delicious pair with apple and parsnip.

Industrial Vintage: Bacon wrapped hot dog and truffle
What’s more New York than hotdogs? We add a twist to the classic: truffle, celery and mustard seeds.

The cocktail is based on the akvavit from our neighbours and friends at Stockholms Bränneri.
