Welcome to Stockholm Design Week in September 5-11. We invite professionals, industry insiders and the public to participate in design events and exhibitions in the city, and visit open studios and talks. There will be an opening event, a special program for international and Swedish media and a varied talks and exhibiting program. We are also proud to pre launch selected content for Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2023. As the official Stockholm Design Week our aim is to engage both professionals and enthusiasts and push the Scandinavian design industry.
This is a place to preview new products, share tendencies and new insights, listen to talks and learn about sustainable design developments.
The Stockholm Design Week hub is based at Alma in the city centre of Stockholm, and features a collaboration between Stockholm Design Week and a Swedish design studio.
Our editorial press program covers a wide range of exclusive events in the city centre of Stockholm tailor made to suit 25 invited international journalists. We visit exhibitions, creative studios, events and talks. We also pre launch the new content for Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2023.
Everyone signed in to participate at Stockholm Design Week will be listed in the new interactive Stockholm Design Week-app. It lists exhibitions, showrooms and events taking place in the city, to make sure exhibitors reach their target audience. Participants also get a spot in our digital press room Vocast, where we collect all press releases and related material.
For three days only, a number of creative studios, buildings and private residencies open their doors to the public. There will be talks, guided tours and show arounds for everyone to book. The Open Space-program is a collaboration with The New Era Magazine.
